I have to give the credit to John Cornsilk for this one. Incidentally, I highly recommend his site (linked to in the hat tip) if you want the very latest on Cherokee politics. I thought it was a great article, too. Normally, the Brits have some pretty weird ideas about "Red Indians" (tho' not nearly as weird as the Germans).
