NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Kill me now.
Yeah, I never imagined we'd have a governor who made George Dubya Bush look like an intellectual giant, but damn if Perry ain't it.
I remember Molly Ivins loved to make fun of his hair. She must have graduated from the same "make fun of appearance because it must be meaningful political discourse" school that Rush Limabaugh did.
So who's going to be the sacrificial lamb for the Democrats this time around?
Maybe some local crank from somewhere in Texas should run...

It'll all depend on how well the Democrats do this year. If they take the state House or come close and especially if they win one or two statewide offices, then you could see some real interest open up.
I never know who any of these Democratic candidates for governor are. They seem to come out of nowhere. I guess that's because there are so few Democrats in any visible statewide offices.

To Hell with political or philosophical differences, I'd vote for him!

That's exactly why. They say Lance Armstrong is interested...

Puh-leez! I haven't even paid off the last campaign yet there, congressman.
