He'll Fit Right In
One of the names being floated as a potential new CIA Director is General Michael Hayden, a perfect match for the Bush Administration: arrogant, smug and too self-important to bother reading the Constitution he violates.

Yeah, I blogged on this as well.
Hayden...sheesh--A man so ethically impaired that he expressly violated NSA's charter in order to allow them to conduct domestic surveillance, and in doing so destroyed the reputation of one of the US's most effective intelligence agencies. Oh he'll be great for C.I.A. :-(
Actually, I'm betting Bush does NOT pick Hayden. He'd just be inviting a fight with the Senate, particularly Republican Senators (moderates and those facing tough re-election battles), and would drag the whole illegal wiretapping scandal right back out into the open.
Well...hmmm...so much for that. :-)
Yeah, well, bear in mind I'm the guy who predicted the big Tom Harkin landslide in '92...
