I Speak For The Trees

Meanwhile, a federal judge in California has overturned the Bush Administration's efforts to gut Clinton-era rules protecting 60 million acres of forest from development. It's a start.

On the other hand, due to extraordinarily complex licensing requirements and other wasteful hurdles, there is virtually no chance that CA will ever be able to meet the 2020 emissions targets set by The Governator in recently signed legislation.

It's almost as if he knew that when he...whoops!
