Perry's getting from all sides these days. Isn't he taking a lot of heat for his HPV maneuverings?

Yeah, regardless of the sincerity of his motivations, the governor of Texas apparently does not have the power to just whip out "executive orders" like that. Now 26 out of 31 State Senators are wanting him to take it back, including the ones that support the vaccination.
