Another Great Victory for Texas... her never-ending battle to keep the tiny Traditional Kickapoo Tribe dirt-poor and marginalized. For a State with only three surviving tribes, Texas is clawing it's way to the top as one of the most virulently anti-Indian states in the Union.

Argh. Guess we can't expect any sort of revival of tribal sovereignty from the courts. Any chances of the Democrats having anything to say about this?
