Please Speak Clearly Into the Microphone...

From The Daily Kos, the NSA discovers that millions upon millions of Americans are actually terrorists. Never fear, though, the President explains it all (except to the person in charge of it, General Hayden). Smarter legal minds than mine discuss just how egregiously illegal this is. And while we're at it, how did USA Today, known to most Americans as that brightly covered doormat in front of their hotel rooms in the morning, manage this scoop?
