West Nile Virus Gaining on Perry, says Poll

From Eye on Williamson, Perry is dropping, Bell is tied with Kinky and Strayhorn is dragging up in the rear. Maybe now the white liberals that make up the bulk of his support will start noticing just how unfunny Kinky really is.

My bet is still on Perry. Most Texans can't even name the Democratic challenger this year.

Apparently 23.1% of them can, and the number appears to be growing. Plus, let's be honest, how many voters in August can name the challenger in ANY election? Yes, Perry might well pull it off, but it will be in spite of himself.
