...they'd be after them, too. And even if not, it's kinda the principal of the thing. This goes WAY beyond SLAPs (strategic lawsuits against the public interest; basically large companies filing monstrous frivolous lawsuits against community activists to shut them up), this is using the national security apparatus as the handmaiden of corporate interests to stifle free speech.
