Just a simple Cherokee trial lawyer, Barkman has been forcing his opinions on others in print since, for reasons that passeth understanding, he was an unsuccessful candidate for state representative in 2002. His philosophy: "If people had wanted me to be nice, they should've voted for me."

A Proud Moment for the Republic

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
--Edmund Burke

My response to this (ok...ok, I've had a lot of responses on Blognonymous), is to call out the Senators--from the states in which I've lived--as the traitors that they are. And I'm starting with everyone's favorite cheerleader: Kay Bailey Hutchison.
