First nominee, the United States Department of Agriculture. Someone needs to alert the Navajo and the Sioux; apparently they aren't hungry, merely "food insecure."

That's how the Bush Admoinistration solves problems: rename them out of existence.

Just like they don't report people who have stopped looking for work (cause there ain't any) for unemployment statistics. Or how to lower the welfare rate - just kick people off the rolls - presto!
