Another Astonishing Revelation...

...from the pages of "D'uh! Magazine": apparently George W. Bush lied about pre-war intelligence on WMD's in Iraq.
Also, apparently a Presidential Medal of Freedom isn't worth as much as it used to be...

What really surprises me is that anyone still believes the war was anything BUT a war of choice predicated on flimsy intelligence and faulty historical analogies to post-WWII Germany and Japan. And even if the intelligence had been rock solid, would that still have justified an open-ended nation-building occupation of Iraq with inadequate troop levels?

That's an excellent point. Even if Iraq had been bristling with WMDs and Osama bin Laden had been staying at a Holiday Inn Express in Baghdad, nothing could justify running a war this incompetently.
