Isn't it ironic that they had to go before a Black judge?

I love the smell of irony in the morning. Actually, I'm growing more and more pessimistic about the whole situation. I'm having a hard time seeing any way it could end well for the Nation.

I am from the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Mission Indians of Temecula CA.

I am from one family of disenrolled Pechanga people. We are watching this case with interest, as we believe that this could affect our predicament. If the courts decide on this membership issue, other courts will follow suit.

We have been disenrolled, illegally according to the tribes own constitution and customs. But, there is a faction of the tribe that is driven by greed and they currently have the power.

Feel free to visit my blog and learn about Pechanga.
